About

So, what about me?

I’m a 22 year old Belgian citizen finding my way back into the Belgian student life after studying abroad in Valencia. At home I divide my time between by parents house in Diest and my cosy dorm in Leuven. I succeeded in getting my Bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish philology at the Catholic University of Leuven and at the moment I am studying Corporate Communication at the same university. Currently, I am doing an internship at a Belgian NGO named Studio Globo. This academic year I am involved in an extracurricular activity organised by Academics for Development. I spend my free time working on one of their projects, Studio Zambia, which aims to talk about social sensitive topics by means of theatre.

You can say that I am a book addict and a passionated traveler since I was a little kid. Recently, I have started living a vegan life and I have created an obsession of watching YouTube videos about minimalism. I’m trying to adapt myself to this new lifestyle as much as possible. In addition, I love dancing, watching sports games, shopping and all things that include enjoying life!

I started this blog to keep my family and friends updated about my overseas adventures in Thailand. Since, I have had a lot of fun blogging. I continued with the blog to post about my study abroad experiences and now I am writing about things that across my path in my day-to-day life.

Enjoy!
